Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99, and upgrade to express shipping for just $14.99. For orders under $99, standard shipping is available for $14.99, or choose express shipping for $19.99 to receive your items even faster. All orders are shipped duty-free.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, always selecting the fastest option for your address. Please note that orders going to P.O. boxes must be shipped using Canada Post.

Shipping Time Estimates

Your estimated standard shipping time for this item is 4 to 5 business days, once shipped. Get your order in as few as 2 to 3 business days by upgrading your shipping to express at checkout.

Every order to Canada is packed and shipped by our team of riders at our headquarters in Squamish, BC, Canada. Orders are packed with maximum care and minimal waste.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer free 30-day, no questions asked, returns and exchanges of any unused and unopened OneUp Components products* purchased directly from OneUp Components. Learn more about our policy, and how to submit a return on our returns page.

For OneUp Components products purchased from a local or online bike retailer, please return all products to the source you purchased it from. Original proof of purchase and unopened original packaging are required to authorize a return and a refund.

*Sales are final on product discounted over 30%. No returns on Flash sale items. Droppers that have been fitted in the frame cannot be returned.

Shipping Notes & FAQ

1. All orders ship duty free
2. Orders ship same day if placed by 12 PM PST (2PM PST for express), except during high-volume periods.
3. Orders placed after 12 PM PST (2PM PST for express), ship the following business day.
4. OneUp is closed and does not ship on BC Holidays.
5. Orders to P.O boxes must ship with Canada Post. The southern Columbia Valley and Crownest Pass areas of south-east B.C are not serviced by UPS or FedEx and must ship using Canada Post.

Tracking your Order

Once you place an order you will get 2 emails, the first email is to confirm that we have received your order and the second email is to confirm that we have shipped your order. In the second email you will find a tracking number and link, which you can use to track the progress of you shipment from our courier partners website.
