KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
- Helping get our customers back out there riding through excellent written communication skills and retained knowledge of processes we've refined for years
- Working in a collaborative team focused on positive and efficient customer resolutions
- Developing a hands-on understanding of OneUp Components with an eye for technical problem solving and knowing first hand what our customers are inquiring about
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A passion for solving problems, you find satisfaction in helping people
- Customer facing bicycle shop experience, such as service writing, is great example of the mechanical knowledge & customer service skills that succeed in this role
- Computer literacy; Google Workspace, Typing rate 45 WPM+
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, CRM software (HubSpot ideally)
- Full-time screen time based work
- Detail oriented, ability to learn and retain technical systems
- Positive outlook, solution minded, methodical and organized
- Keen to Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes distracting environment
- Legal working status in Canada for at least two years
This in office, Squamish based position is for 9 full-time days out of every 10; every second week you will have an extra day off. The position assumes a Monday-Friday schedule with every second Friday off
8 hours/day with a 30-minute paid lunch break. (36h / week average), flexible hours within reason and approval. You will accrue 10 paid vacation days per year to start.
Dependent on skill set, qualifications, industry experience the compensation for this role will be in the range of $48,000 - 52,000 CAD year, paid semi-monthly
In addition there is an annual performance-based Short Term Incentive Plan (bonus) and access to our fully funded comprehensive group benefits/insurance plan.
